Contortion & Silks Workshop with Laura Stokes of Ricochet

Take advantage of this opportunity to learn from aerial dynamo Laura Stokes, of Ricochet. Learn Contortion (5:30-7:30) and Aerial Silks (7:30-9:30) $60 or $120 for both workshops. Lessons are holistic in the sense that it can pertain to any level of skill.

Participants in silks class must be able to do a basic climb and invert to straddle by themselves.
