Drop-in Classes

We offer a variety of drop-in classes to compliment our regular schedule of 6-Week Series classes. No need to commit to a multi-week class, just show up ready for a fun, challenging workout!

15 Minute Fitness

Between our series classes during the week, we offer 15 Minute Fitness classes. Each class target a different muscle group or skill. The best thing is it’s only 15 minutes.

Abs: Come work on your core in an intense abdominal workout.

NEW CLASS (starts February 27th): 30 Minute Cardio

Get your heart racing and your cardiovascular system working! 30 Minute Cardio, much like our popular 15 Minute Abs class is an intense, fast workout that will get you sweating in no time! Combining easy-to-learn go-go dance moves, classic aerobic techniques, and fast moving core workouts, this class is fun and challenging. A solid cardio workout will help you increase endurance and build stamina for those long routines and workouts you have ahead of you.

NEW CLASS (starts March 3rd): Beginner Aerial Bootcamp

The words “Andy” and “bootcamp” in the same class name should tell the whole story. An intense workout for aerial beginners that will be sure to kick your booty into shape! There is no minimum strength requirement to take this class, so folks of all levels – even aerial novices are welcome.

NEW CLASS (starts March 3rd): Advanced Aerial Bootcamp

The words “Andy” and “bootcamp” in the same class name should tell the whole story. An intense workout for advanced aerial students that will be sure to kick your booty into shape!  This class is no joke, so come ready for a hardcore workout.

Couples / Partner Aerials

Learn to safely collaborate with a partner with new, dynamic options for choreography.  Students will learn to both base a partner and fly.  Though it is not necessary to bring a partner, we welcome couples, friends and family members who are interested in taking this class together!

Mixed Aerials

A drop-in aerials class that will be a combination of trapeze, silks, lyra, rope, and hammock.  The instructor will teach new moves on a variety of apparatuses.  As a drop in class, the class curriculum will focus on the students needs.  If you are interested in working on specific moves, this a great class to drop into.  All levels are welcome, with the exception of absolute beginners (first timers).

If this if your first ever aerial class, we highly recommend that you take Intro to Aerial Skills first.

Mixed Level Silks Drop in

Drop in silks will be class that is open to all levels of students including students who cannot fit a regular series class into their schedule. We will work on conditioning as well as expanding your knowledge of skills and technique.

Specialty Circus Workshop

Learn a new skill each week.  Students will work with different pieces of circus equipment such as juggling, poi, staff, devil sticks, contact juggling and stilt walking.  This class is safety-conscious, empowering and fun!

What to Bring

We recommend that all students arrive to class prepared for working on an aerial apparatus. This means, please wear proper attire (we recommend a leotard underneath fitted workout clothes, such as yoga pants and a tee-shirt), arrive hydrated and bring water.

Unlimited Pass for all drop-in classes and open studio: $125/month

Note: Your unlimited one month drop-in pass activates the first day you use it and is valid for 30 days.
