Youth Series
Series classes are small group classes that meet weekly to develop skills in a specific discipline.
Most of our youth series are semester-long (15-18 weeks), but we also offer shorter courses when possible (8-10 weeks).
Series are not a “take it once and you’re done” option. Some students complete all the prerequisites to advance sooner than others. We find in general every student will take a series at least a few times before advancing to the next level, regardless of their previous experience or movement background. What we can promise is that we’ll meet you at your level with our progressions, offer unique challenges, and make sure you’re always learning!
In addition to our regular level and apparatus focused series classes, we also offer Guided Youth Practice Time. Guided Youth Practice Time is a great supplement for current students of all levels and apparatus interests to access more instructor supervised training time to review skills they have already learned in class. These are not times to learn new skills, but are an excellent time to solidify and hone existing ones.

Pick Up & Drop Off Policies
Series Classes
Please plan to fully drop off. Sky Candy is a bustling aerial studio with up to 7 classes running at one time. Due to the sheer volume of students and our very small lobby, we ask that all parents fully drop off their children and leave the building. Springdale General has lots to offer if you want to stay close!
Please arrive on time. Please make sure that you arrive at Sky Candy on time for your class, and please allow time to locate parking on site. If you are more than 10 minutes late to any class, you will not be allowed to participate, as it is dangerous to engage in any circus-related activities without a proper warm-up.
For the first class of the series: Parents/guardians must come into the studio to drop off their student and complete any necessary paperwork.
Subsequent weeks: Parents/guardians do not need to come into the studio for drop-off.
Pick-Up: Parents/guardians must come into the studio and pick up students at the Front Desk unless they have signed an Independent Release Authorization for their child (ages 13+ only). This form permits students to leave Sky Candy independently and is part of the Student Info Form that parents/guardians receive before every session.
